"Well... we booked a party here..."
Well... we booked a party here and it was just alright. The kids did have fun for a while, so that was nice, but check-in took longer than expected and our food came out late. The staff was friendly enough, but things felt a little unorganized overall. For what we paid, I expected the whole party to run a bit smoother.

"Not much to do, and getting transferred was annoying"
There just wasn’t much to do there. Barely any of the games were open, so it felt kind of pointless. On top of that, I kept getting transferred around when I tried to ask about it, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

"We took the family there recently—honestly I..."
We took the family there recently, honestly I can’t remember if it was last weekend or the week before, but the kids had a good time. It wasn’t anything super amazing or unforgettable, just a fun outing overall. The main thing is that it felt a little pricey for what it was.

"Fun spot, just needs a better clean"
I had a good time here overall, but yeah, the inside could use some cleaning. Last time I went, the tables felt sticky and the floor was kind of gross too, like it hadn’t really been wiped down properly. Still a fun place, just wish they kept up with the mess a bit better.

"Fun overall, but the equipment could use some attention"
I had a decent time, but some of the equipment seemed a little worn out, if that makes sense. One of the games stopped working for a few minutes, and while the staff did come over and help, it was still kind of frustrating. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like stuff should be checked a bit more often. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not perfect.

"Felt a little overpriced to me"
I went with my family, and I don’t know, maybe I should’ve expected it, but the total added up way faster than I thought it would. Between the games, food, and little extras, it started to feel like everything cost more than it should have.
The kids did have fun for a while, so I keep wondering if I’m being too picky, but I left feeling like we paid more than the experience was worth. I don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon.

"We had a good time at..."
We had a good time at Apex Entertainment. It was really busy, so at one point we did feel kind of trapped waiting around with the kids and not sure when we’d get to move on to the next thing. That said, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful whenever we had questions about the games. The girl at the front was especially patient with my kids, which I really appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the wait was longer than we hoped, but overall it was still a nice visit

"Maybe it’s just me, but I really..."
Maybe it’s just me, but I really wasn’t impressed. The drinks tasted watered down, and the fries seemed like they’d been sitting around for a while. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience.

"Packed, slow, and honestly kind of a joke"
I went in hoping for a decent time, but wow, what a joke. The place was completely packed, everything took forever, and it just felt messy and overwhelming the whole time. I get that busy days happen, but this was not worth it at all.
